Welcome to photographeire, a great meeting point for Irish photographers on DeviantART.

PE aims to draw together Irish photographers from all corners of the country, including Irish photographers that are currently living or working abroad. Our sister site is currently under development and will profile each of the sites members individually. Hopefully, drawing the Irish photographic community together, will lead to Irish PhotoMeets, and the creation of a network of friends you can bounce ideas off, suggest ideas and comments of your own, and grow as a photographer.

If you would like to join PE, please send a note to the main account or...send a note to the account! Simply adding the club to your watch just won't do, we need your details as well folks!!

We ask that you include in the note either your city/county and the photographic equipment that you use (i.e. camera make and model).

You will be noted when your application has been received.

Please note that this club is restricted to Irish photographers, as it is Irish photographers that we are showcasing.

SEPTEMBER/OCTOBER COMPETITION
This months theme is Architecture... entries are being taken until the middle of October - chance to win DA subs!

JULY/AUGUST
Congratulations go to =eirescu for her winning entry, 'Childhood Nostalgia'... the good lady's prize will be delivered to her when she's ready for it! You too could be in with a chance to win subscriptions to DA or a nice size bag of sweets to the same value! Seriously!

COMPETITIONS INFO

Every month we will be running a themed competition, commencing the 1st of every month and wrapping up a week before the new competition. Members will be polled for their choice of winning entry, all votes will be counted and the winner announced on the 1st of the next month.

Winners will have their work, site, and winning entry promoted here and on the sister website.

FORUMS

The photographeire forums can be located by clicking here. Usual forum rules apply, it may be necessary to register to post on the boards. The Forums have been temporarily removed and will be back in action shortly with some new upgrades
